As the first buds of spring bloom, Kuzumi Arata finds himself starting anew in a town far from home. Plagued by regrets from his past student life, he wonders what he's been doing with his youth. However, Arata still struggles with figuring out how to make the most of his student life. That is, until he listens to Oze Hazuki, the kind daughter of his landlord, and decides to enjoy himself at his new school.
